"As another Insurance agent, it’s sad to say that today I experienced one of the worst interaction any person can imagine. We called Jeff to cancel one of his client’s insurance effect May 20th and he got very pugnacious saying he would have to cancel the policy the day requested. This is wrong. Especially when the client is paid up until May 29th. The then continues to shout at us saying he runs his business different. When he notices that I'm an agent and know the rules, then he states that there's no "beef" and asks if I wanted to cancel today May 10th, effective May 20th. Which is what we requested in the first place. Instead of helping us, he hangs ups. We called another rep at the call center and explained to her what happened, and she could not believe it. Come to find out, the client had previously requested her renter’s insurance to be cancelled on May 5th and he told her he couldn’t, and she would have to pay for May then he would cancel it in June. Another LIE. He is taking advantage of people who don't know better, and this is very unfair! The client is an elderly woman and if I was not on the call with her today, she would have been exploited again. Please be careful when dealing with this agent!"
